Jeff has been in the REAL ESTATE industry for over 30 years. He started his real estate career selling properties while earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh. He was one of the first 100 people to obtain the Certified General Appraiser license in Pennsylvania, when certification was required in 1991. His license remains active and continues to obtain the necessary requirements for recertification. During his career, he has completed over 12,000 appraisals both residential and commercial. Jeff has held several positions within the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers to include Chapter President, Pennsylvania State Director, Mid-East Regional Governor, National Professional Standards Committee, and the National Government Relations Committee. He continues to maintain the re-certification requirements for the Associate Broker license in Pennsylvania. He has personal experience with land development, general contracting construction, and investment property ownership. In addition to Real Estate Appraisal experience, his qualifications include expert witness testimony, municipal property acquisition, condemnation proceedings, relocation reports, farm type and special-use type properties.
